Matthew Devin
Matthew Devin is a third-year Business Administration major from Milton, Georgia pursuing a concentration in Finance. This past summer, he worked as a Financial Analyst Intern at The Allen Morris Company, where he gained experience with real estate capital markets, financial modeling, and market analysis for development projects. Matthew deepened his interest in the commercial real estate industry after completing the Real Estate Club’s Analyst Program in Fall 2024, and he has previously served on the executive board as Undergraduate VP and Director of Communications. After graduation, Matthew will be starting his full-time role as Director – Finance, Planning & Analysis at Artisan Land Companies. Outside of his studies, Matthew enjoys golf, lifting, and pickleball.​​​​

Adam Stadelmeier
Adam Stadelmeier is a second-year Finance student at Georgia Tech from Cobb County, Georgia, focused on real estate investment and development. He previously interned with Whiting-Turner as a Project Management Intern and is currently interning at Creekdog Capital Group. Adam is an active member of the Georgia Tech Real Estate Club and also serves as Treasurer of Lambda Chi Alpha. His interests include development, private equity, and capital markets. Outside of the classroom, he enjoys, cooking, cars, rock climbing, and is also a competitive cyclist.

Connor Prather
Connor Prather is a second-year Economics student from Decatur, Georgia, also pursuing a certificate in Real Estate Development at Georgia Tech. Connor gained experience in the field working under a local real estate developer during his first summer at Tech. This inspired him to become more involved in the community, joining the GTRE club and undertaking REFM certifications. Outside of academics, Connor is an active member of the GT Ultimate Frisbee team and enjoys reading, working out and tabletop games.

Monish Soniminde
Monish Soniminde is an Economics major at Georgia Tech with minors in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning and Technology & Business through the Denning T&M Program. He is actively involved in real estate and investments on campus, focusing on commercial market analysis, valuation, and investment evaluation through student-run organizations. Monish has also worked as a Wealth Management Intern at UBS, where he gained exposure to portfolio analysis, financial reporting, and investment research across public and alternative assets. His experience has strengthened his interest in real estate investing, particularly in understanding how capital structure, location dynamics, and operating performance drive long-term value. Outside of academics, Monish enjoys traveling, photography, skydiving, and exploring new cities.

Eshaal Aziz
Eshaal Aziz is a first-year Computer Science major at Georgia Tech with an interest in real estate, finance, and technology. She previously interned at Mubadala Capital in Abu Dhabi, where she gained experience in financial modeling, case study analysis, and evaluating large-scale investment opportunities across private equity. She completed GTRE’s Analyst Program in Fall 2025, which strengthened her real estate foundation and further solidified her passion for the industry. In her free time, Eshaal enjoys reading historical fiction, hiking, playing basketball, trying new cuisines, and cooking.

Vasu Patel
Vasu Patel is a third-year Finance student at Georgia Tech with a strong interest in real estate private equity, capital markets, and underwriting. He serves as the New Member Development Co-Director for the Georgia Tech Real Estate Club, where he helps guide new students into real estate and build a strong community within the club. Vasu has gained hands-on experience through internships at Noble Investment Group, where he helped underwrite an extended-stay hotel portfolio across 20+ U.S. markets, and at Tigbourne Capital, where he supported a $1B ESG-focused energy initiative. These roles strengthened his skills in financial modeling, valuation, and market analysis across hospitality and real estate asset classes. Outside of real estate, he enjoys collecting watches and colognes, traveling, and exploring new food spots around Atlanta.​​

Jonathan Pan
Jonathan Pan is a third-year Business Administration major from Marietta, Georgia pursuing a concentration in Information Technology Management. This past summer, he interned at Delta Air Lines as a Marketing Analytics Intern where he gained experience in data modeling, dashboarding, and data analysis. Jonathan completed the Real Estate Club’s Analyst Program in Fall 2025. Outside of his studies, Jonathan enjoys running and lifting.

Rustin Jalali is a second-year Business Administration major with a concentration in Finance. He currently works at Third & Urban, where he is gaining hands-on experience in financial modeling and market research. He recently completed GTRE’s Analyst Program, which he credits as a major contributor to both his real estate foundation and his passion for the industry. Rustin aspires to own his own development company in the future. Outside of real estate he enjoys lifting, running, boxing, ’90s rock, and house music.

Cyrus Mokhberi
Cyrus Mokhberi, a first-year Construction Management student from Alpharetta, Georgia, is driven by a passion for luxury condominium development. He is an active licensed commercial real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Commercial, specializing in net lease properties, and has gained hands-on experience in leasing and property management at a commercial property. Cyrus has also shadowed a prominent Atlanta mixed-use developer during the pre-construction phase, gaining insight into the planning and strategy behind large-scale developments. This semester, he completed the GTRE Analyst Program, honing his skills in development analysis and financial modeling. Outside of academics, Cyrus enjoys music production, golf, sailing, and high-performance cars.

Sree Hariharan
Sree Hariharan is a second-year Civil Engineering major at Georgia Tech from Johns Creek, GA, pursuing a concentration in Construction Management. This past summer, Sree interned for a Capital Allocations firm, RBMT, where she had the opportunity to work on a multitude of deals and learned the cycle of Commercial Real Estate Development. Sree has previously gained experience in both Real Estate Law and Realty/brokerage. Through the GT Real Estate Club’s analyst program, she furthered her involvement and now hopes to pursue roles in CRE Development. Outside of academics, Sree enjoys cooking, running, and trying new TexMex restaurants in the city.

Neal Shah
Neal Shah is a third-year Business Administration major from Johns Creek, Georgia, concentrating in Finance and pursuing a minor in FinTech. This past summer, he interned at Newmark on the Capital Markets, Global Consulting, and Deal Advisory teams, where he gained hands-on experience in business development, market research, tenant and investor outreach, and supporting transaction execution across multiple asset types. Neal completed the Real Estate Club’s Analyst Program in Spring 2025. Neal is passionate about pursuing a career in Real Estate Private Equity and is actively involved in the Georgia Tech Real Estate Club to deepen his technical skills and industry exposure. This summer, Neal will be starting as a Real Estate Private Equity Analyst at Stockbridge Capital Group out of their Atlanta office. Outside of his academic and professional pursuits, he enjoys watching sports, golfing, and exploring new coffee shops around Atlanta.

Tanish Patel
Tanish Patel is a third-year Business Administration student from Summerville, GA, concentrating in Finance with a minor in Microeconomics of Strategic Analysis, and certificates in Accounting and Business Analytics. This past summer he was a Strategy & Financial Planning Intern at Reunitus. Next summer, he will be joining Grant Thronton as a Business Consulting Intern. Tanish joined the Real Estate Club analyst program during the Fall 2024 semester. Outside of GTRE, Tanish is also involved in Epic Intentions Consulting, Technology Consulting Group, and the Scheller Mentor Program. In his free time, he enjoys lifting, tennis, pickleball, and exploring coffee shops in the Atlanta area.
