Javen Johnson is a fourth-year Economics student from Ringgold, Georgia. He previously interned at TVFCU, California State Teachers Retirement System (CalSTRS), Artemis Real Estate Partners, and Principal Asset Management. Outside of the club Javen golfs and enjoys woodworking.

Matthew Devin is a third-year Business major from Milton, Georgia pursuing a concentration in Finance. This summer, he worked as a Financial Analyst Intern at The Allen Morris Company, where he gained experience in real estate capital markets, financial modeling, and market analysis for development projects. Matthew deepened his interest in the commercial real estate industry after completing the Real Estate Club’s Analyst Program last fall, and he has previously served on the executive board as Director of Communications. Outside of his studies, Matthew enjoys golf, lifting, and pickleball.​​​​

Sree Hariharan is a second-year Civil Engineering major at Georgia Tech from Johns Creek, GA, pursuing a concentration in Construction Management. This past summer, Sree interned for a Capital Allocations firm, RBMT, where she had the opportunity to work on a multitude of deals and learned the cycle of Commercial Real Estate Development. Sree has previously gained experience in both Real Estate Law and Realty/brokerage. Through the GT Real Estate Club’s analyst program, she furthered her involvement and now hopes to pursue roles in CRE Development. Outside of academics, Sree enjoys cooking, running, and trying new TexMex restaurants in the city.

Waseem Al-Shurafa is a fourth-year Industrial Engineering student from Suwanee, Georgia. He is involved in the GTSF Investments Committee as an analyst in the REIT sector and intends to pursue a career in mixed-use development. Waseem previously interned as a CNC programmer at US Customized Finishes, where he gained experience in programming, lean manufacturing, and process optimization. Outside of Tech, Waseem enjoys running, mountain biking, calisthenics, and reading.

Anuj Patel is a fourth-year Civil Engineering major at Georgia Tech from Beaufort, South Carolina. He has gained diverse experience across real estate development and construction, including internships with Link Logistics, a Blackstone portfolio company, and Tesla, where he supported billion-dollar industrial and energy projects through design, construction, and capital planning. Anuj has also worked with Balfour Beatty and Reeves Young on high-quality residential and logistics developments, where he gained experience in project management. He is also a Senior Analyst for the Student Foundation’s Real Estate Investment Trust Committee and also conducts research in crane experimentation and construction safety. Outside of academics, Anuj enjoys videography, golf, and travelling.

Tanish Patel is a third-year Business Administration student from Summerville, GA, concentrating in Finance with a minor in Microeconomics of Strategic Analysis, and a certificates in Accounting and Business Analytics. This past summer he was a Strategy & Financial Planning Intern at Reunitus. Tanish joined the Real Estate Club analyst program during the Fall 2024 semester. Outside of GTRE, Tanish is also involved in Epic Intentions Consulting, Technology Consulting Group, and the Scheller Mentor Program. In his free time, he enjoys lifting, tennis, and pickleball.
